Notes for use:
		- the data are from the public CDC data set
		- the drop downs change the data set
		- the graphs are the top 5, bottom 5, and median state for the selected data set on the selected day
		- per capita == per 100,000 residents as estimated in 2020 by the Census Bureau
		- over rolling avg days -- averages the daily CDC data points over that many preceding days (including the selected day)
		- change since days ago -- subtracts the value that many days ago from the value on the selected day
